Nestled in the rolling countryside of Garstang, Brook & Kin Retreat is a family-founded wellness space created to bring people back to calm through movement, creativity, and connection.

Set amongst woodlands, open fields, and a tranquil lake, our retreat is surrounded by nature in its purest form, the soft flow of the brook that runs through the grounds, the gentle presence of grazing sheep, and the familiar calls of geese gliding across the water. Every sound and sight adds to the peaceful rhythm that defines this place.

At the heart of Brook & Kin sits our glass-fronted studio, opening out to uninterrupted countryside views and filled with natural light. Across the site, a range of mindful spaces, from our calm glass-fronted studio to our garden corners invite you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

The name Brook & Kin reflects our roots:
Brook is a nod to the flow of nature that inspires stillness and renewal.
Kin is a celebration of family, community, and belonging.

What began as a family project has grown into a shared vision to build a space where others can feel part of something rooted, warm, and real. Through yoga, mat Pilates, creative workshops, and mindful wellness events, we bring together teachers, artists, and healers to offer experiences that nurture both body and soul.

Here, nature leads the way, creativity is celebrated, and every connection adds another branch to our family tree.
